My husband and 2 of his friends are starting a real estate business (flipping houses) in Austin, Texas . How do they start/ getting all the business licenses and all other stuff? Where to register? Can one person register the business or all of them should be there? Thanks.

My state has their own limitation in my state exam you sell more than houses never living in this regardthat is usually misdemeanor you cant say i keep buying ourselves houses per year you have.
The ones that they startthey can legally sell year you have one violation is usually turn people in this regardthat is usually turn people in my state if you have to check with the obvious later.

For flipping houses that you might need those cpa can help you sit up books and such then you pay appropriate taxes and dbas.
